I came in late tonight to get my nails done for my baby shower, and Kay and Tammy took such great care of me. They were patient, engaging, and so precise with everything they did. My nails came out the perfect shade for my complexion, with the exact shape and length I wanted. Kay was very professional and paid close attention to every detail. Tammy was incredibly thorough and gentle. She gave me the best pedicure I’ve ever had in my life and even massaged my legs, which I really appreciated. They worked together seamlessly, and the entire experience was amazing. I never felt rushed; I genuinely felt taken care of.

This is my second time coming here and the service is exceptional! Everyone is very warm and welcoming and walk-ins have minimal wait (I’ve always been seated immediately). My first visit I had Tammy and she did an excellent job. There are a variety of pedicures to pick from and they each make you feel so pampered. Today I had the pleasure to be served by Lin. She exceed my expectations for my design idea and I am leaving a very, very happy customer. Be back again soon Lush Nail Bar!

I’d heard such amazing things about this salon so was excited to try but left heartbroken. Kay did my nails and he did not shape them, cut my cuticles or even remove all the old paint (pic attached). It was so sloppy and messy when I was checking out they asked how I liked my nails and I burst into tears. They were so bad it felt like he had a personal vendetta against me 😭😭. 2 stars only because the manager and Jasmine jumped right in and completely redid them. Jasmine was so kind and careful and did an amazing job fixing them. Jasmine deserves 5 stars but my overall experience was not good. I genuinely cannot believe Kay would walk away and let me leave with my nails looking like this. Never came over to apologize or ask what was wrong either. So disappointing. You can see the leftover red polish that he didn’t remove, the polish on my skin and the side of the nails, the uneven and unshaped tips. Atrocious job. Jasmine was amazing though 10/10 for her :)

Great nail salon! I’ve been coming here for about 6 months now and I haven’t been disappointed. Mimi does great pedicures!! Ask for her! Kay!!! The absolute sweetest and a beast with designs! I came in today from a very hard day and he changed it around. Sam is really welcoming too! 10/10

I’m so happy with how my nails turned out! Jasmine did an amazing job and made sure I loved them every step of the way. She was patient, detail-oriented, and really listened to what I wanted. The service overall was great, and everyone in the salon was so, so kind — the energy was warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for beautiful nails.
