Rachel did my engagement nails and they were perfect!! Exactly like the photo I showed her. Everyone I encountered was so kind and welcoming. Beautiful salon too!! Helen did a great job on my pedicure as well!

I had my nails done at Ritz Nails Saloon today. My technician, her name is Rachel I would just like to say for my observations, the staff at Ritz nails are very helpful, friendly and polite. Rachel has taken care of my nails for a period of time. She's very pleasant polite and easy to work with. They are so many colors to choose from and at times it can become a little overwhelming but Rachel take that few seconds to help choose the color that suits me Rachel is very particular and very detailed. Rachel cares. It shows in her work. Big shout out for Rachel!

First time customer & I was very impressed. My nails & toes look stunning. They genuinely care about their craft & take pride in doing a beautiful job. They took their time, inspected their work, fine tuning as they went along & the results are amazing. THIS is how all nail salons should be. I will be back & I am thrilled to have found my new forever nail salon!!!

Rude and disrespectful front desk lady All I requested was to be attended with the same person who has helped me before because of my ingrown nails. First she said she is not here today, later the person who was doing my nails told me she is here she will come, after 30 mins i asked again if she will come and helped or not then they all started talking in their language and staring at me… make me feel really uncomfortable. i asked again for her to help me she yelled in front of 10-15 people we are not the doctors to help you with the ingrown and your infection, this is all we can do. I don’t have any infection all i requested was to be carefully clean my nails because of the ingrown. I drove all the way from North Tustin to Yorba Linda with the expectation of getting better results but i got treated very disrespectful by the front desk lady in front of 10-15 customers and staff members. Not coming here again even if it’s for free. Didn’t even clean my regular nails properly and left the death skin. Waste of money!!!

I had dip fillers but I mentioned that I didn’t like how thick my previous manicure was. Lien started over and gave me a natural looking thin set. The price was amazing too!
