Greatest Nails and Spa

I had previously gone to this site before and got a good job done. But today was very disappointing. The nails did not look like the photo inspo and they charged me $100. More than what was shown. They never said that they charged $10 extra for each nail when having designe. The nails design were not good at all. I had mention to the guy doing my nails that the lines needed more pigment and he brushed me off and left it alone. Did not change what was asked. He also added silver which I did not ask for.

Amazing service. I went here to get my nails done for my college graduation and they perfectly captured what I was aiming for. I wanted something elegant and with florals to match my dress. They always tripled checked in with me to make sure they got the right color and length. The day I came with my mom was really sunny and hot. They were so kind and gave my my mother and I free water bottles to drink. Overall a 5/5, they were so kind and nice,

I believe Tam did my nails (that’s the name I saw on the UV lamp). She did a beautiful job and they look so gorgeous.

Their website reads style and match designs for your nails.they do not match. I showed the blue photo. The pink is how they left me. They charged me 37. I tipped 10 out of habit. I gave 10 for tip 40 to pay didn’t get my 3 back. She kept it without asking. Not even the shape of the nails was possible. Their trapezoid?!?!?!?

Love these cute nails. Wanted to try something different and “Mina” was so sweet and patient throughout the process. She did a great job and appreciate her attention to detail. Will be coming back soon! 💞
