You know I have been here more than 5 times..haven’t reviewed bc of mixed feelings, same tech but different quality. Pedicures are always great, nice clean place. I feel like they seriously overpriced my nails every single time. Not only that the consistency with shape is different, they did a soak off of gel x nails and a full set acrylic. I paid 75$ for this set of nails at a very very short length. With a “cheetah print” design where the tech used blooming gel on one nail. Will probably still return bc I know they do use good product and I like the part of town it’s in.

I have NEVER been disappointed with this salon! Liam is my guy who always does a amazing job, espicaly with magnetic cat eye design. They are all so friendly and a joy to be around! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Thai goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. He honestly communicates so well and explains how certain concepts would turn out logistically so that you guys can better coordinate expectations. Their ingredients/supplies are also of a higher quality than many of the other places I have been. He is the only tech I will go to.

Nice ppl, clean thought I was getting good job until final coats. He did stay on dip overlapped onto cuticle and now at little more than a week and they look terrible!!!! Good pedicures! Wish hadn't gone now I have real mess!!! Like to post picture, simple french tip style....

Please for the love of god do not go here and get Liem. If you have any sense do not go here at all. I have been a long time customer here and today like no other I was going to get my nails done. I already had an appointment but I was feeling a little sick. So I asked my mom if she wanted to go. She had only got her nails done 2 times before this and doesn’t understand much about nails. Today when she went Liem was so ungodly rude to her and when he put the complete wrong color on my mom, after hurting her multiple times taking her old nails off, proceeded to violently take off the new kind. My mom was very kind and didn’t know if the color would lighten up or if his ombré effect that she didn’t ask for was a painting style so she asked after 1 hand and one cure if that was the final color. He said yes and when she said she didn’t like it and it wasn’t what she asked for ( in a very kind way ) he very aggressively took off this polish and cut her so bad she started bleeding. Her nails are paper thin even thinner than mine after getting at least 10 sets of acrylics in a row. Her fingernails have cuts all around them. He then charged her 20 dollars and when she obviously just signed the receipt with no tip he slammed it on the counter. Please I never leave reviews this is my first ever and I’ve had bad experiences but my mom is the kindest person I know and this is unacceptable. For your sake please don’t go here. At least don’t get Liem.
