WINTER NAILS & SPA

First time coming here & I would never go back. Told her I didn’t like the clear part of my nails & she said she fixed it but didn’t. My nail shape are completely uneven & clumpy 2 of my nails was longer than the others. Went back for a refund & the lady claimed they have a refund policy but no where in the store they have a sign saying they don’t allow refund. The lady kept arguing with me because I didn’t want her to fix my nails due to the fact she didn’t do them right the first time. Ended up leaving & getting them fixed somewhere else for more money🤦‍♀️

The staff is very nice and accommodating. They answered questions. The relationships they have created with regular customers creates a friendly and relaxing environment. That is one of the main reasons I decided to come back.. Unfortunately, my service wasn't as pleasant. The service felt rushed. The dip powder used on me had various clumps in it and gave me the impression it had been used on many other clients(not sanitary). The finished product looked a little wonky (see images). Don't get me wrong. I have received good service previously on a weekday , but perhapse a holiday weekend is not the best time to come. The staff seemed overwhelmed today and it changed the quality of the service. I recommend coming on a weekday.

Ok this was my first time in here , I’m Not even gonna talk About How bad the shaping is, how crooked the nail design and the pointy nail is. I wanted them a certain length, that’s what you pay for?! This lady kept filling them down which does what? Takes off the length correct?? Which means I’m paying for shorter nails! 😒 Then I’m paying after the service, she had the nerve to snatch my card from me first of all, I go to press no tip because i was disappointed with the service. She hands me the receipt basically tryna force me to leave a tip. One thing about it , if I was satisfied with the outcome, I definitely would have tipped. But the audacity! The fact of them knowing they didn’t do something right and still expected me to tip is beyond me, I will not be back here. Even tho it’s one minute from my house. Very convenient..but the work was too sloppy for the price.

I came in tonight at 7:00 not knowing that they close at that time. I was given VIP treatment and Tonya did a wonderful job on my nails. She was friendly, professional and fast!! I will definitely make the trip from Davis to have my nails done every 2 weeks. I can't say enough about the fact that I was taken in after hours, treated like royalty and the quality of the job was well worth the money spent!! Thanks Tonya and company!!

This place is the best I have been going for almost a year now and I’m never disappointed Tanya does my nails and she is the best I show her a picture and she does it every time
