Love all the new 5 star reviews posted on same day as PR damage control from the salon. ‼️ BUYER BEWARE! 🚨 Report filed with BBB and also Board of Cosmetology. Board of Cosmetology completed an investigation and found evidence of negligence. 3 page in depth declaration was submitted as well as 2 witness statements. One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Julie should be absolutely ashamed of herself. It’s been quite a terrible experience as far as getting these painful abrasions and then, receiving absolutely atrocious behavior from Julie (owner) herself. I took timestamped photos of my foot and came in to bring to this Julies attention. She immediately became defensive, aggressive and combative, called me a liar, refused to even apologize on her workers behalf, and refused to refund the entire pedicure. (Disclosure: I received a full set of nails and a $70 pedicure. Due to my injuries, I asked for only the pedicure to be refunded). She wouldn't even look at my feet when I tried to show her. It’s a horrible feeling to have this happen and then for Julie to treat me like this. She kept refusing me any refund yet I kept insisting and telling Julie to do the right thing. Reluctantly, she gave me only half of the pedicure cost back ($35). I left there in tears. It’s been a really terrible and emotional experience. I still have scars on my feet 6 months later from these injuries. Not to mention - the stress of trying to prevent an infection and the pain of these injuries. Despite her claims to the investigator, Julie NEVER once apologized to me. I sat down for a pedicure service and put my feet in the tub. The technician looked at my recent spray tan I gave myself (it was darker and more pigmented around my ankles and top of foot) and she pointed and laughed. I felt self-conscious but made light of it that I had done it myself. My technican then begins to aggressively scrub the TOPSIDE of my foot using a PUMICE STONE. She scrubbed vigorously with so much pressure in an unwarranted and unwanted effort in what I now assume was to exfoliate and remove the spray tan patches. I never wanted her nor asked her to do this. Due to her wearing a mask and a language barrier, it was hard to communicate to the technician. I told her that I didn’t want that and it was hurting yet she continued. I tried to pull my foot away. It all happened so quickly and by the time I finally was able to communicate to stop, the damage had already been done. Upon leaving the salon, my foot hurt badly but I had my two small children with me, it was nearing closing time (and past dinner time/nearing bedtime) and I had to get home. About an hour later, my foot started to swell and the abrasions became very pronounced. I took photos to document. I returned the following work day to discuss with Julie without my children present in case there was a confrontation. My goal here is only to warn others to please use discretion if you do choose to go here. The enforcement special investigator has ensured me that he went out to the salon and ordered all technicians to adhere to the appropriate standards of salons. Regardless, I would caution anyone to avoid supporting someone who conducts their business like Julie. If she would have been sincere and apologetic when I gave her a chance to make things right, then I would have given grace and let this go. Yet - she berates her customers, accuses them of lying (despite timestamped photos) and has absolutely no empathy for her patrons. All she cares about is money - not the safety and health of her customers. I will continue to tell my family, friends and community to stay away from this salon. Shame on you, Julie.

I’ve been coming to Julie for my nails for a year now and I am beyond happy with all of my experiences. Julie is detailed oriented and never rushes your appointment. I have done dip and acrylic nails! I have also had many pedicures before by varying technicians and always have a relaxed, sanitary and overall great experience. Julie’s pedicures are also very fairly priced without compromising the work done. There are so many colors to choose from and the salon is ran so smoothly. I recommend all of my clients and personal friends to Julie’s!

Best nail salon I have. They are Friendly, professional, high quality and very talented for a good price. I get my nails done every 4 weeks and they never lift or break even though I do construction, yard work and I help work on my Jeep. Not only are they quality work they are beautiful with detailed art. My May and June nails.

I love this place! Julie is amazing! She's done my nails for a couple years now. If not longer. I always go to Julie she hand paints all my designs and they are absolutely amazing! If you want some rock star nails go to Julie if you want just pretty nails go to Julie! The ladies in there are all nice I've had pedicures there also they're very good!

This place is amazing! The nail technicians take their time to make sure everything looks perfect. I love the attention to detail and how clean the salon is. Highly recommend it to everyone who loves quality service.
