2025-12-07Worst experience ever. I always use to come here and see whoever and I’ve always been satisfied with the work. This time around I asked for my regular French tip that I usually get with a little glitter on the white. The French tips were very sloppy and rough and when I brought the issue up they made me feel so uncomfortable I started tearing up and just asked them to remove the work and I’ll leave. The boss agreed that the work was bad and says he can just give 50% off and next time I need to book with a female because they’re the ones that know how to do designs. He already knew the worker he had do my nails was not good at FRENCH TIPS. Yet he had him do them already knowing it wasn’t going to be good work. Overall it was the worst experience I’ve ever had and I’m shocked at how it was handled. I felt so uncomfortable and stuck I will never come back here again. Especially since I came from Turlock and had a sitter for my babies so I could come get my nails done. Steer clear of this place. They do not care about anything except their money.

2025-12-07This place is truly unprofessional to the max! They mess up your pedicures and service and do not care one bit about resolving the issue as they say they do. They will proceed to hassle you that they can fix and continue to make it worse and make an individual feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome. They will then comment and respond on a review in again the most unprofessional way. (Screenshot to prove the deleted response.) I recommended if you want a good because great is an understatement go find yourself another spot this is not it. Truly care about a green piece of paper then a satisfied paying customer. Horrible place!

2025-10-29I went there and refill my nails the guy who fixed my nails was nice but his job is not good after couple days my nails start to pull my hair and couple nails fall I had to make it too short to much with my rest of nails I will never go there.
