2025-11-07I’ve been 5 times with great results. I was happy each time. However this last time I had thick, heavy, uneven, and unattractive nails. I SAT for 2.5 hours. I didn’t want to complain that evening due to sitting for so long already. During the process my nail tech Re-did two fingers, adding more acrylic. The NEXT morning at 10 am I called and asked for them to fix the nails, they said they were busy but could fix them at 1. I showed up at 1 and the Manager Hanna rolled her eyes at me and said, “Oh YOU”. I was so confused as she was kind and said to come in. I asked for a fix or a refund. She ignored me for 10 minutes. Once she approached me she said she would fix them, I sat for an additional 30 minutes before walking out. Disgusting service to treat your clients like that. Your paper says if I am unhappy you will fix with a smile! You rolled your eyes at me. Didn’t fix the nails, and wouldn’t give a refund. You looked at my nails and agreed they were super thick and uneven! I paid $105 with tip. Too bad! Andy works there and he is the BEST nail tech I’ve ever had! He will be missed! He is the reason I started going to your shop in the first place.

2025-10-19i never write reviews but after my second time going back for a fill and a pedi i couldn’t be more happier. they are professional, amazing conversationalists, and honestly they just provide the best damn nails and pedis in ridgecrest there i said it. Andy and the rest of the team always blow me away i’ll be back in a few weeks ! 💅

2024-08-16I want to give them 5 stars so bad because I love the work they do on my actual nails. However, every time I've been there, no matter who I've seen, they seriously mess up my cuticles with the dremel. I don't normally leave reviews but I feel like this something that needs to be fixed amongst the staff.
