TN Nail Lounge

I had an awful experience at TN Nail Lounge — and I honestly don’t understand how this place is still in business. The staff is rude and unprofessional. No wonder the place was almost empty. They filled the pedicure tub with lukewarm water — barely warm — and when I mentioned it, they acted annoyed, like I was being difficult for expecting a comfortable temperature. The technician who was doing my nails seemed irritated from the start. She was roughly and rudely doing my pedicure — no care, no effort, just rushing like she didn’t want to be there. It was uncomfortable and honestly disrespectful. Then one tech randomly switched out with another in the middle of my pedicure — no explanation, no communication. Totally unprofessional. And the most shocking part? They were sweeping the floor while clients were still sitting there. I have a dust allergy, and I could literally smell the dust in the air. It was disgusting and inconsiderate. To top it off, they didn’t even shape my nails. At all. No effort, no detail — just slapped on some polish. I could’ve done the exact same thing at home for free. Instead, I paid $60 for what?? Absolutely nothing worth it. Bottom line: don’t waste your time or money here. The service is bad, the staff is rude, and the results are a joke. Never again. Later: my big toe got red, swallowed and very painful. I have realized if the tools were sterilized. Now I am scared 😳🤔

First time here sam did my hands and did a fantastic job and Alex did my toes. I love my toes! I've been to a few salons and this one actually offered a full set for my toes and he did a great job and gentle with my toes. Everyone was so nice and clean inside. Will definitely be returning!

Had such a great experience getting my pedicure here! Ngoc was my nail tech and she asked me what kind of color I was wanting— I didn’t even have to look at the color options, she knew exactly what I was going for. I got the spa pedicure which was $45 plus $15 for the gel. $45 for a pedicure that includes paraffin wax I thought was a steal, considering the other location I frequent charges $55. The cuticle pusher and nail nippers were packaged and opened just for me, which is the biggest green flag when coming to a new nail salon! All in all a fabulous experience and I’ll definitely be back!

Ivy was amazing! She was very gentle and thorough with my manicure and pedicure. Would come here again. Would have gave 5 stars, but the salon was a bit dirty.

Henry always does an awesome job. Beautiful hand painted designs too! I highly recommend this place, every one is very professional and friendly
