Spotlight Lashes & Nail Salon Rancho Cucamonga

My sister and I came to this place, and decided to get the next available technician, I only wanted a basic mani and pedi, water was on the colder side, they didn’t scrub my heels at least the basic (unless you pay for”callus removal” ) the lady didn’t removed my cuticle the way it should be done, she didn’t clean under the nails, plus the nail polish was a joke the way she applied it! She did a horrible paid job to be honest. For my mani I was serviced by an older guy who was “filling” my nails and leaving them just like that uneven length all of my nails! I asked him kindly to make them all even, he got upset and “explained” me that “I said I didn’t want my nails cut and he won’t cut them” I said don’t cut the short ones just cut the longer ones to the shorts ones length please, he did one hand and said “check ‘em” I was looking at my nails and he said” I can’t do it, no I can’t! And I was moved to another table were I was serviced by Ivy, I explained what I want and she got it, very nice and gentle, but she does not removed the cuticle, she just “touched them” (am I missing something here?) and the way they applied the polish is not good enough to pay for it. I tip both of them still but I’m not going back there, it’s like letting your nephews do your basic mani and pedi,LITERALLY! Oh and my sister got the pedi with massage and callus removal on her feet and a set of the acrylic nail on her hand, she asked for the basic set the 40+ $ the girl at the front (Ivy) said it was 50 something and my sister asked her why ? She said it’s because you have the “coffin shape” and my sister told her it’s not why I ask for and they not long enough to be a “ coffin shape” either, then Ivy reply it’s because you asked for a “overlay tip” ( or something like that) and my sister just paid the over charged amount to not argue. I didn’t want my sister to feel bad, but the acrylic nail were awful! The nail technician were cutting the side of the fake nails to size them, like she run out of the small size and was doing that, which obviously where so ugly when finished. On her toe the girl over cut off the corner of my sis nail it look bad, (maybe because she was asked to cut it ?) We won’t going back to that place, ever again we didn’t ask for nothing that wasn’t included in the service we paid. The reason i did put 2 ⭐️⭐️ was because they were ok nice, except the older guy.

It was my first trying out Spotlight Nails, I’ve tried a few other salons in the area but decided to try this place out due to great price and reviews. I’m so glad I did because I LOVED my experience. Please ask for Linh, he’s so awesome and truly the most detailed and caring nail tech I’ve had. This was my first time trying this square shape and he killed it!! This is gonna be my new go to. Linh was super collaborative the whole time, and I enjoyed having such great conversations with him too. I’ll definitely be back, admiring my beautiful nails!!

This was a great experience, and it was my first time and not my last. Tina did an amazing job and really catered to myself and my family. Since my niece brought her 1-year-old, he got fidgety, and the whole place catered to him and was super nice and attentive. Also, when you sit, they provide you complimentary drinks. I will be back, especially since it is affordable.

Abby was wonderful, she gave me such a relaxing massage with my pedicure. She hit all the right spots! This place is well taken care of and busy, with great service. I made an appointment and got right in. They ask if you would like anything to drink, loved it here for my first experience!

I had the best experience here. I'm new to the area and they definitely made me feel welcomed. They took very good care of me and very happy with my services.
