2025-07-24Sun City salon has on numerous occasions, and its staff have discriminated against a family member with a physical disability. Before he/she entered, they turned them away by saying they won't serve the individual because they move. All they needed was a nail polishing. They have allowed the individual to come in before and only stare and talk about the disabled person between themselves in their language. This was the second time this inconsiderate behavior was directed towards this individual. He/she gave them a second chance just to clear their doubts. However, this was not the case. Sun City salon was rude and uninviting again. It's heartbreaking and anger triggering to see such abhorrent behavior. We went to another nail shop, and other customers there had similar experiences. Please help post your experience at this location if you're disabled and have physical impairments.

The technician exhibited a lack of attentiveness and failed to thoroughly clean beneath the nails, even after a request for a redo. Additionally, the male technician appeared rushed, and I had to ask him to slow down. While the overall quality of both the manicure and pedicure was acceptable, I will not be returning for future services.

2023-08-16This was my 1st time and I love it. My nails came out as expected. It was quick and everyone there was so nice. I called to see if I needed to make an appt and they said come in so I did. Thank you to my new nail technician she was so sweet. Thank you to the girl at Panera for letting me know where I could get my nails done being new to the area.

2025-03-02I came in for the first time and called ahead for an appointment. They were able to get me in within the hour for a gel manicure and pedicure. Both technicians who did my nails were kind, professional, and did a great job with the polish application. I am also heavily pregnant at this time and they were very kind to accommodate and help me stay comfortable. Overall, it was a really great experience and I will definitely be back!
