The service my client w dementia received from our tech, Rose was great. Days prior I had scheduled the appointment for 11 ( on a Friday when they had an open appointment). We arrived at 10:55 and the place was packed. Most ladies were getting mani/pedis so everyone was busy. It was frustrating because I had to try to keep my client calm and not demanding to leave. Reception staff was unable to do anything, but she did get his feet soaking and got us a drink. Once Rose was on the scene, my client was happy. Her pedicure was great and my client was very happy and expressed that he should not have been so reluctant. We left Rose a nice tip. Note to self, avoid a Friday and make the appointment farther in advance.

I’ve been coming here for almost 2 years now and won’t go anywhere else, Will is the best with his french tip design or just regular polish! The almond shape is always perfect and the edges by the cuticle which would be always be my pet peeve when not done clean always come out flawless. If you’re looking for a nail spot in Torrance definitely give them a try.

Will did the art by hand! I'm calling them my DELFT BLUE nails because of the amazing free hand artwork! Kim was also diligent with the pedicure. Overall an excellent experience and I highly recommend nail LAX. 💅🥰 Went again today and IVY hand painted the spooky cute purple Halloween theme gel with builder nails I requested. They're perfect little world of art! This shop is neat and respectful of my time, I was out just on time. Again, Thanks! 🎃 Go treat yourself, Boo! 👻

Thoroughly enjoy this shop. They are punctual, communicative, hospitable, and talented. The front desk staff are welcoming and offer refreshments. And my stylist, Will, is funny and talented. He does the designs I request perfectly and ensure we are on the same page about the outcome. Great place!

Update: Mimi did my fill and design this time and they’re perfect!!! So meticulous and clean. Thi gives the BEST pedicures. Full stop. Nobody does it like herrrrr. The attention to detail, her care, precision, just perfection. I only get pedicures from her at this point, because I have ugly toes and she makes em look cute! This salon in general is also great. I’ve gotten dip, acrylic, regular gel and they always do amazing. I have my favorites for sure. Kathlyn is super sweet and my nails are perfect!
