Such a disappointment. Second time booking here, I walked in stating I had an appointment at 12:30pm, host looked confused and said they had no appointment under my name, showed them my confirmation text….had me waiting about 30 mins before I even sat down. Rachel started doing my toes…I asked for reg burgundy/red nail polish. She stated it would be $10 more for the color that it would be better to do gel as it would only be $5 more ($15) not wanting really gel I said fine…fast forward two hours later still no one had worked on my refill, mind you it states refill start at $30-$35 on their booklet she handed me, can’t remember ,any how 3 hours later I have finally left that place, when I asked the host if there’s an upcharge based on color he said no….hmm funny! Ended up being a $75 pedi and $55 refill….i asked the nail tech if she could make sure to paint the full nail..she stated “i will file for you” again not what I wanted…I’m sorry but this service was def not worth $160 with tip. I gave a 20% tip out of curtesy but won’t be returning. If you book your appointment on their website make sure to call and confirm they got it. Beware of the unexpected up charge! Day after nail is chipped and not to mention she cut my right pinky with all the filling she did 🤣

I visited this nail salon two weeks ago on my birthday and treated myself to a full set of gel-X nails and an eyebrow wax. Tammy did my nails and a wonderful lady with short blonde hair did my eyebrows and I love how both my services turned out. I’ve never been to a salon that offered complimentary champagne, which made the experience feel even more special! The nail designs were stunning—unlike anything I’ve seen at other salons. Truly unique and creative work. The salon itself offers a wide range of services, from hair and pedicures to nail treatments, manicures, and waxing. It’s a one-stop shop for beauty care, and the atmosphere was clean, professional, and welcoming. The only thing I would say is parking can be tricky but is not a deal breaker for me. I’ll definitely be back!

Won’t be returning. I visited this nail spa a year ago and had a great experience—sparkling wine, on-time service, and attentive staff. Today was the exact opposite. I booked a 3:00 PM appointment and arrived on time. They finished removing my gel polish at 4:04 PM. No apology, no explanation, and no offer of tea or coffee while I waited (although I watched other waiting customers being served drinks). I had booked their most expensive 60-minute manicure for a relaxing experience. No one asked what service I booked, no spa menu, and I received the fastest basic manicure possible with a 1–2 minute hand massage and nothing more. The nails are fine—standard quality you can get anywhere. But the service is what keeps customers coming back, and that part is gone. I won’t be returning, and I won’t be recommending this place to others.

Hana was very good. The service was excellent from start to finish. The staff was friendly, patient, and professional, and they made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The salon was very clean and calm, which made the experience relaxing. Hana took her time and paid close attention to details, making sure my nails looked perfect before finishing. I am very happy with the results. This is one of the best nail salon experiences I’ve had, and I will definitely come back and recommend Hana to others.
