Marvelous Nails and Spa

Today was my first time visiting this nail salon, and I genuinely had such a great experience that I had to leave a review. I called ahead to make a 5:00 PM appointment, even though they close at 6:00 PM, and they still welcomed me warmly and made sure I was fully taken care of — no rushing, no attitude, just great service. The moment my pedicure began, I could tell they take pride in doing things the right way. I had a little hangnail (or something of the sort) on my toe, and unlike many nail shops that ignore things like that, my tech asked about it right away and took care of it without me even having to say anything. That attention to detail meant a lot. They also did a fantastic job on my calluses — they use this great little foot rest that props your foot up comfortably so they can really focus on the area without straining you or themselves. There was also no pain during any of my services — no nicks, no stinging, nothing harsh. Even when I got my eyebrows waxed, it was practically painless and didn’t leave that usual sharp sting afterward. When it came time for my nails, the tech was incredibly sweet and patient. There was a little hiccup with the design I had in mind, but she worked with me and made sure I left with something I loved. I also really appreciated how she handled the shape and length of my nails. I always prefer them short, but in the past, other places have pushed back or asked repeatedly if I wanted to go shorter, even seeming annoyed when I said yes. Here, she listened, respected my preference, and confidently told me what would look best while still keeping the shape. That gave me so much more confidence in trusting her work — and the results were beautiful. I even struggle with picking colors because there are just too many options, so I told them the vibe I wanted, and they picked the perfect color for me without hesitation. That alone made my life easier and made me feel more cared for. Despite staying well past their closing time to finish all my services, the staff remained kind, upbeat, and professional. They didn’t show any signs of frustration or rush — just smiles, helpfulness, and a genuine desire to make sure I had a good experience. As someone who doesn’t get their nails done often and tends to ask a lot of questions, I really appreciated how they were patient, never dismissive, and answered everything kindly without making me feel annoying or inexperienced. My nails, feet, and brows all turned out beautifully. I will absolutely be coming back. This place deserves the hype — they go above and beyond.

I have been a loyal customer for over five years. Unfortunately I will never recommend this salon again. I received the worst service of my entire life, and the only comment even after seeing the new set of gel x was ‘I’m sorry.’ I was at the salon on Monday and Annie my regular tech was not in yet but was told one of the new girls was excellent and equal to Annie. I was leaving the country so this was important apot. I should have not trusted the new person as my nails are ruined and hideous. There are literal gaps between my nail beds and the gel x nails, or the spaces are filled and over flowing with gel/glue. When Annie arrived, I brought it to her attention twice and all she said was the girl is excellent. When she charged me the $70 she remarked that she just used more glue than normal. My regret is I paid for this disaster! I continued to express my disappointment and all she could state was she was sorry. I will have these nails removed this week but I am appalled and would avoid ever walking into Marvelous Nails. There are so many nail salons and don’t risk your nails to this experience. I’m sorry doesn’t make up for this costly detrimental experience.

We came to get our nails done for my birthday and New Year’s and we had a great experience! We both got pedicures and gel manicures, and Marvelous Nails and Spa did a great job. I had old gel polish on my hands and they had no problem removing it. They had a lot of colors for us to choose from. They were very friendly, and it was overall a wonderful experience. Thank you!

Such a calm and peaceful salon! Lynn and Annie were great! So kind and thorough! My nails look fantastic!

I came in for a pedicure, a foot massage, and some polish, and everything was absolutely excellent. The staff took such great care of me. My feet were perfectly cleaned and pampered , they looked and felt amazing afterwards! The color I chose suited me beautifully, and they really listened to what I wanted. I ended up getting a manicure too, and I even got a little hand massage with it! The person who helped me was so friendly and smiling the whole time. We had a lovely conversation, and it made the experience even more enjoyable. It was such a pleasant moment!!! I’ll definitely be coming back to Coussure!
