Orange Nail Spa

I absolutely love Orange Nail Spa! The salon is clean, relaxing, and welcoming. The technicians are skilled and take their time to make sure everything looks perfect. I always leave happy with my nails. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality service!

Another update: December 2025. I've been to several different nail salons and this one has become my go to. Had Kathy again. She listens, is caring, and gentle. She does amazing work too. Definitely will keep coming back. Update: went today and had to nail appointments booked. One with Michael and Kathy. They did a great job. Michael did the orange and white for my mom and Kathy did my nails that have pink. She was extremely creative and very nice. Went for my first appointment today, was referred by a friend. Tony was my nail tech and he did a great job. It was a calm environment and enjoyable.

I’m from CT and was in town visiting, stopped in to get my nails done. Absolutely awesome job! They were able to get me right in! The lady doing my nails made sure the shape and length were just as I wanted as well as the French design. I’m a paramedic and always appreciate a first responder discount, which the offer on Mondays it seems. Fair priced imo. Super quick also, got a UV gel fill (liquid gel fill) with a French design and it took no more than an hour. The place seemed to be very clean too. The location is nice, I was able to get a coffee before hand and there’s tons of food options in the same building.

i had these on for 6 days. acrylic was applied unevenly. Some nails are crooked. Acrylic is super thick on some of the nails. These were my wedding nails. The design was fine. Nothing else about this is okay. I payed 100$ and will get them removed before my honeymoon due to how they are. I’ve only had these acrylics for six days and it already looks like I need to fill-in on half of my hand because of how the acrylic was Applied. On areas that it was applied correctly to my nail bed , they did it too thick and then didn’t paint all of the acrylic. Some of the gel are under cured because my nails are already starting to have scratch like appearance on the chrome part. also, I have hyper pigmentation under my nail beds from where the cuticle was shaved down. I am really worried I’m going to have a ring of fire under my nails due to a heavy-handed nail tech. It’s not normal. These are not OK. This was for my wedding. Now for my honeymoon, I’m not going to have nails. I might have to get new nails because my nail beds might be physically damaged. I think my pictures do speak for themselves. Edit: I came and got my nails off. I talked to two people about what my nails look like and they told me it looked normal. This is not normal. They then proceeded to cut my real nail and I’m going to link what my pictures look like at the bottom but basically I’m gonna have to go somewhere else and get another set done. I cannot believe you did this to my nails. I was told that it’s normal to look like it needs a fill in after six days. I’m going to post what my pictures look like the day of my wedding right before i got married. (1 day) It’s the photos with flower back ground. and I do have the ring of fire around every single one of my nails. I cannot believe you guys did this to me. Do not reply under my post on how you can make it right because there is no way in hell you can make it right now. These acrylics were done by Kathy. I would avoid this place entirely. Kathy was super nice though. Not rude. But these nails are awful. Edit 2: No your team did not address my concerns at all. You didn’t offer a redo when I came in. You told me my nails looked normal. Lastly, you guys left a the glue on my nails and drilled to much on some of the nail beds. Real damage was done to my nail beds. Especially when getting them taken off.

Updating my post with more recents! Tony at Orange Nail Spa is seriously the best nail tech ever! All of the sets pictured are by him! I have lived in Knoxville for over 4 years and have tried many nail salons around the area, but very few have kept my attention. After multiple trips to Orange Nail Spa, I finally found my place! The entire staff is super attentive and the space is beautifully done and extremely clean! All of the nail techs are friendly and they make sure that you get the best experience! I have been very impressed with every person that works there and I highly recommend!
