2025-06-21I booked a reservation for two people at 2:00 PM, but when we arrived, we were told only one person could be accommodated from 2–3 PM and the other from 3–4 PM. This completely defeated the purpose of booking together and was very inconvenient. So we cancelled one of the appointments. We both one full set bio gel nails, and unfortunately, the quality was disappointing. The nails were uneven and lumpy, and the nail art was inconsistent and sloppy. Definitely not the level of service or professionalism we expected. Won’t be returning.

From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warmth and genuine care that makes you feel like family. The salon is always spotless, beautifully maintained, and has such a relaxing, welcoming atmosphere. Kelly and Zen are incredibly talented, professional, and detail-oriented—they truly go above and beyond to make sure every service is perfect. Whether it’s a classic manicure, a new design, or a pedicure that feels like a spa treatment, I always leave feeling pampered and so happy with the results. What I love most is the consistency—three years later, the quality is just as exceptional (if not better!) than the first day I came in. They’re constantly keeping up with the latest trends, colors, and techniques, while also making sure the basics are done flawlessly. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll not only get gorgeous nails but also feel valued and cared for, this is it. I can’t recommend them highly enough—simply the best!
