2025-05-11Shop is clean. Nice music and was offered something to drink, which was nice. Jackie wasn’t in that day. I had an older guy work on my feet and it was “okay”. Lazy massage and hardly scrubbed my heals. Another guy (appeared younger) worked on my gel manicure. He was rough, rude, hardly massaged and not very pleasant. I paid $77 for both services (this was with 15% off,) and only tipped 15% because it was not a relaxing experience, to say the least. The day after my service, 1 nail broke and another one cracked and needed to be cut. 3 days later, 4 of my 5 nails had to be cut down. This guy ruined my natural nail, thinning them out to the point of making them paper thin. They sent me a survey of my experience, of course I explained my nails are breaking and never heard a response.
