Bella Nails and Spa

First time here, got a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. The cost was about $10 more than what I normally pay in San Bernardino. However, you definitely get what you pay for; And I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Tina and Tom. It seems they care about the work that they do and I felt like they wanted to make sure I was comfortable and happy. I will definitely be going back as it's worth the drive and every cent I paid. Not to mention the shop was clean, they had good hospitality offering water and great conversation.

I had an extremely damaging experience at this salon. I went in to have my gel extensions removed, and the technician aggressively filed down my nails, leaving them painfully thin, brittle, and extremely sensitive. My nail beds are ruined, and it will take months for them to recover. This was not just poor service—it was unsafe and negligent. I strongly advise anyone considering this salon to think twice before trusting them with your nails.

Been there a few times and I’m never impressed by the pedicures but I do love the quietness of the salon and the cleanliness which is the only reason I’ve gone back. After this last visit I will not be back. I didn’t catch the name of the woman that did my pedicure but she did a terrible job. The gel cured very ugly, dripping into my cuticles. For $15 extra for gel, I’d expect it to look much better than this. I also got burned from the hot towel treatment so I would recommend to spend your money somewhere where they put care and attention into pedicures.
