TLC Nail Lounge

The team at TLC Nail Lounge is exceptional. They are kind and patient. Tammy always does a great job with the acrylics and their prices are fair compared to other nails salons in the area. I went in today for a gel pedicure and a full set acrylics with french tip, and I am completely satisfied with their work.

I don’t like to leave negative reviews but I had such a bad experience I have to say something. My nails were done 1 week ago. I had to come in 5 days ago to fix one broken nail and one that just popped off. 3 days ago while I was out of town another 2 broke. Today one more popped off. I get my nails done regularly somewhere else and they rarely ever break. I made an appointment for 3pm today to fix the 2 broken and popped off nails . I arrived at 3:02. They said they were busy and asked if I could wait 30 minutes. I said I couldn’t. She told me, okay, sit here. When I got tired of waiting I went to speak with her again to confirm a time they COULD see me the person I’d spoken with previously just straight up ignored me. It was very rude, unprofessional, and they obviously didn’t do a good job in the first place or I wouldn’t have had to come in three times in one week! Recommend for people who have time and money to waste.

I initially had a pleasant experience that was soured by how poorly my nails came out. The people working there are nice, the space is fine, but the skill is lacking. I paid for a deluxe pedicure with a callus softener. It was alright, very standard.I knew my pedicure was a bit smudged on maybe one nail because I chose a standard pedicure, but it got worse when the nail tech smooshed it putting flip flops on. He halfheartedly fixed it but it was very clear that it should’ve been redone. I’m positive now that there wasn’t a top coat applied because 6 hours later I put gym shoes on that completely ruined the already sad pedicure. It doesn’t take 6 hrs for nails to dry. I deeply regret spending my money here and tipping. As kind as the staff was, the pedicure was ultimately a mess. DO NOT GO HERE! Seriously go someplace else. Now I’m on vacation with these chicken scratch nails.

Since finding TLC I haven’t gone anywhere else. Always great service. Their pedicures are gentle, the prices are reasonable and they don’t try to upsell. I just have to say- Tammy is a true artist! She freehand draws my French manicure which turns out beautiful and perfect every time. I

TLC Nails is a wonderful nail salon with friendly staff and great services. It’s very clean and staff are welcoming. They are detailed oriented and take their time and truly want you to feel at home and relaxed during your service. I’ve gotten several pedicures that have been great and recently started getting builder gel nails with tips. Tammy is a shaping artist and can shape any type of nail you desire! She’s fast, efficient and very creative. I love that I can bring a design and she can follow it to the “T,” or she can offer her opinion and provide creative freedom for nail art and it always turns out great! This is truly a lovely salon that has a friendly staff and provides fantastic services and a competitive price.
