2025-07-10First and last time I come here. Unfortunately I came to this salon based off the positive reviews and was severely disappointed. When I informed the nail tech that I wanted long nails he asked me if i was sure and proceeded to laugh. Then he told me it would be 75 for long but in a way that was doubtful that I was going to pay. I told him that was fine and he proceeded to do my nails. Throughout the entire service he was really aggressive with my nails and was throwing my hands rudely when switching hands leaving my cuticles and nails looking horrible. In addition to my rude service, a young Black Woman walked into the salon and asked if they could do her pedicure and neither my tech or the woman doing the pedicure had the decency to respond until the young lady asked, "is that a yes or a no." Super unprofessional avoid at all cost.

I tend to get a little nervous getting my nails done (not sure why, but I do), and my nail tech was incredibly kind and put me at ease right away. He was so gentle and attentive, which made the whole appointment feel relaxing and enjoyable. The salon itself was spotless and had a very calming atmosphere. On top of that, I showed him a reference photo of the nails I wanted and my nails turned out exactly how I wanted. I’m so happy I found this place and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
