NT Nail Spa -3401 Oakdale road

Thank you to Annie! I’ve gone here a few times already and she always does amazing on my nails!

This is a $50 pedicure? Had to make time to go back in to get their mistake fixed (gel was not cured) I was told no refunds and the latest I could go in was a week from yesterday. I got my pedi Wednesday, called Thursday, came back Friday- having to move around my busy schedule, losing money and time. I explained that I have a procedure Saturday and that I wouldn’t even be able to go into a week from then because of healing, meaning if I wanted to have it fixed prior I’d have no choice but to push back my schedule or lose out on the money I spent. Neither of these felt fair. I’m not happy or impressed, because this is not what I paid for. In this economy you really have to be selective about where you spend your money. I will say the woman at the front had good customer service, no knock to her. I do understand there are rules and policies in place to protect the business, but I think anyone could especially see that this case is an exception to those. I go in and I’m sat down within 2 minutes, and the nail artist filed the 2 big toes, cures it, and just tells me “you’re good” … and there’s still black nail polish that needs to be filed off the skin surrounding my nails! (Photo shows the after of the filing) I felt this was a very obvious thing to not leave so messy and I had to ask the woman at the front if I could have it filed off?? Idk why I’m asking for something that should be included with a $50 pedi. I’ve come here before and I’ll say I’ve never been totally satisfied but it’s close enough to where normally it would be worth it, this was nothing short of an inconvenience for me and I will not be returning.

I have been coming here for a few years with my young daughter and I have never had a bad experience. From the smiling front desk greetings, courtesy of Jacky to the design and quality Gelx work with Gisele , I can’t give this place enough praise! For all your nail needs this salon is where you should go!

I visit this location regularly. Gisele is amazing at what she does plus we have great conversations while she works on my nails. Jacky is so sweet and always helps me pick out a design and color. Both always have a smile and are great to chat with. ❤️

So I’ve only been here twice but the first time I only asked for square French tips and one of the workers didn’t even fill in the white part all the way and when I asked her to do so she acted like she had no idea what I meant and said it looked fine. She filed my acrylic so thin it wa slike paper and my middle finger nail broke. I went back today to get it fixed and get a fill in with a different person and they barely painted my nails good. It was super sheer and see through and I asked her multiple times to fix it. She also was going to let me leave with shavings and hair stuck in my nails. She shaped them bulky and I was very dissapointed. The workers seems to rush there job and not even give you what you ask for they aren’t very good listeners. Don’t go here it’s also overpriced
