Forever Beauty Hair and Nails

This review is based on my experience solely and would encourage people to try the service for their own judgement. I visited this place few days ago and I have a mixed evaluation. Cleanliness - 0 ratings: Mimi didn't wear gloves and it is unfortunate to say but her nails are infested with fungus. The nail tools used were not sanitized. Their towels though newly washed, they are old and has a lot of stains. Staff - Mimi is very nice and courteous, no doubt! Very pleasant to talk to. Quality of service - As seen in the photos, the edges are not precisely coated. There are numerous overpainted nails. And after a day, it start Is to peel off especially the ones overlapping the finger skin. I incurred a wound as well at my left pointy finger. I showed my nails to my sister and she thought I made it, meaning not by a professional. I was disappointed by the results so I sent an email if they can do touch ups. Unfortunately, didn't hear back from them. Overall, you get the service you paid for. I paid for $30 which is cheaper than other nail salons BUT would not go back as I don't want to risk cross contamination.

After looking at the recent reviews in this place they should be closed down. Mimi has bad review for hair and nails! Today I went in for a root touch up and she could not even match the color. She doesn’t understand English. I asked the owner to charge me half and he would not. They asked me to come back so they could fix it. They messed up two times why would I want to go back! Too bad cuz I use to get my hair and nails done there. Their towels smell awful because they are old. Someone else complained in other reviews. You would think they would go out and buy new towels. Stay away from this place!

I came in with a middle part and bangs, showed a reference picture with a middle part and bangs, and the person cutting my hair (Queeny) took it upon herself to decide that I didn't want hair anymore and gave me a french crop and said hehe sorry when I showed my reference pic again. Both my parents called me ugly and I have to wear a hat at work now. I had a cut before done by Kim and it was great, it was actually the picture that I used for my reference. Genuinely don't understand why she thought I would want a haircut completely different from the haircut that I came in with and from the picture I showed.

Not recommended for ingrown removal. I asked the nail technician (Mimi) if she knew how to remove ingrown nails prior to sitting down and she said yes. The result: she made my big toe bleed and she didn’t remove the nail that she cut. It’s stuck there poking my skin. She messed up cutting the side too. You can see it’s not straight. Denies it and says she cut it correctly. She didn’t have the proper tools to remove the nail as well.

I had a really good experience getting my nails done. The shape came out clean, the finish was smooth, and the nail tech(Katie) was very gentle and patient. Loved how neat and natural they look. I’ll definitely go back agaiN
