2025-09-05Been having my nails done for 25+ years. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. No one could speak English. Took 3 people to ask me what I wanted and no one had a clue. As a service provider myself , I give a lot of grace and respect to other service providers. However my patience was gone, after the first hour of the fill. Went in for a fill, this appointment took 2 1/2 hrs. It was painful , every single finger has cuts. And I left with a version of a fill, I’d expect my 8 yr old niece could have done better.
