I had a wonderful experience at Bui Nail Salon! My nail tech, Anna, did an amazing job—she’s detail-oriented, creative, and made sure my nails looked perfect. She always listens to what I want and makes great suggestions for color and design. My pedicure tech, Tina, was equally fantastic. She took her time, gave an incredibly relaxing massage, and made sure my feet felt soft and refreshed. Everything was clean, comfortable, and professional from start to finish. Both Anna and Tina make me feel welcome and taken care of—definitely one of the best nail salon experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for quality service and a relaxing atmosphere!

Absolutely high quality heaven just when you need it most. I come here regularly but especially on high stress days. They do an amazing job every time and the pedicures melt my stress away like no other place I’ve been. Just went very minimal and natural today but I’ve seen the girls here creating amazing works of art as well!

Kim did such a great job! She really took her time and listened to exactly what I wanted. I don’t ever get my nails done professionally because I’m usually disappointed, but not this time. Kim was amazing and I’m so happy with these Halloween nails!

I’m just not happy with this place anymore. It used to be nice, but one time the lady couldn’t do the design I wanted (I asked before they said yes). When it was clear it wasn’t turning out, I didn’t say anything but a male came by speaking in their language and then said in English “if she doesn’t like it that’s her problem”. Which was very rude. It was a problem, so next day they had someone fix it and it was fine. Second fill was another girl she did a great job but ended up hurting one of my fingers (I have thin cuticles) I said it was ok. Recently got a fill from same person and a pedicure. The lady scrub me so hard she ended up cutting the side of my foot. I don’t know if she didn’t notice but it hurt so bad and now I have this scrap. The women who did my nails also wasn’t gentle with my nails which she did say she remembered me, and I have multiple small cuts in my nails. I didn’t notice until I was using an alcohol wipe later and my fingers were on fire. I don’t think I’ll be coming back anymore.

I visited BUI Nails and Spa for the first time while traveling to visit my mom for her birthday. I wanted to treat her and my daughter to a nice nail day, but unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. I paid $70 for a basic mani-pedi for my daughter, which felt extremely overpriced considering she received only the bare minimum. My mom requested cat-eye nails, but from the final result, it didn’t appear that anything different or special was done. We specifically asked for the Christmas holiday special, but after the staff spoke to each other in another language, we were told it was no longer available—even though their website clearly stated the promotion was valid through January, and this visit was on December 10. It felt misleading and uncomfortable, especially since we were then pressured into choosing a different service. The front desk representative, a female, was extremely rude. Anytime I asked her a question, she rolled her eyes or acted as if I was wasting her time. When I asked for explanations, I was rudely ignored. As a first-time customer, this was very unwelcoming and unprofessional. The only positive part of the experience was the nail technician who worked on me—she was patient and kind, especially considering I had my daughter with me. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was also below standard. I noticed tools and items being dropped on the floor and then reused, including items meant to serve customers. There were also water bugs present, some alive and some dead, which was very concerning. I had high hopes for this salon since we were on vacation and wanted a special experience, but I will definitely not be returning and would not recommend this place based on pricing, customer service, and cleanliness.
