2025-08-08Visiting from out of town and wanted my nails done. Decided to try this place and everyone was so nice. We were given complementary drinks when we arrived and were immediately helped. I got medium Gel-X nails. Definitely coming back to try other services. 2 week update (last photo): retention goes crazy. I ALWAYS have nails pop off but I have put these through the wringer and they’re still going strong.

2025-04-20The worst customer service ever. I keep going inside this establishment trying to support and out of convenience but I'm upset every time I leave. They always go up and down on the price. The owner makes you wait on her forever. She stops multiple times in the middle of doing your nails to help other guests and I'm over it. This is the last straw I tried going in yesterday to get my nails done but the girl who does feet was the only one there who does not do a good job by the way. She told me that she would remove the gel off my nails and wanted me to wait over an hour until the boss could come to do my nails. So I told her I would try to come back. I went this morning and the lady who does my nails when the boss isn't available was on the phone talking to her about me in her language. I asked how much was she charging me for my fill and gel she said $30 There's also a sign on the outside that says 10 percent off on Tuesdays and Sundays. So I asked about the discount and she told me that her boss said she's already giving me a discount. I went back in to get a picture of the sign and took one of the one outside also ( False advertisement )
