DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU LIKE YOUR NATURAL NAILS!!! When I first got these for prom I thought they were beautiful. The service was $80 and my boyfriend even tipped them $25. I don’t normally get acrylics so, I didn’t notice their techniques were bad. I had no idea what damage was lying underneath. I’ve only had these on for a little over two weeks. They buffed my nails with the Dremel way too deep. Used a cheap acrylic and put it way too thick. For the last couple of weeks, I’ve been feeling pain and the acrylic has been lifting off my nails and damaging my barriers, causing a lot of pain. My new experienced nail tech has been working to get them off for two hours including soaking methods and more and my graduation is tomorrow. Will not be coming here ever again. Too expensive for a hack job..

Mimi to the rescue! Once again, Mimi worked her magic! I had two broken natural nails so I just wanted them fixed and shortened until they grow out. Mimi glued and fixed them so you can’t even tell! My entire adult life, I’ve only done my nails on special occasions, but now I get them done every month since I found VIP Nail Lounge!

My wife just came back very unhappy with her experience. She walks in, and someone immediately starts filing and soaking her nails. My wife expresses that she wants to first make a decision on the color because if they don’t have the color she likes, then she won’t get a manicure. The nail person starts acting really offended and giving my wife an attitude. My wife, being conflict avoidant, just tells her that it’s okay she doesn’t need a manicure, she will just get a pedicure (she really wanted a manicure but she felt pressured to pick whatever color they had even though they didn’t have the color she wanted)

I’ve visited this nail salon several times. Despite the small parking lot, the salon itself is quite spacious. On my previous visits, the service was satisfactory, albeit a bit pricey. I was willing to pay the higher prices because I felt the work was of high quality. However, during my last visit, I had my acrylics removed and got a manicure with regular polish, as well as a pedicure. While the pedicure was wonderful, the manicure was a disaster. I could immediately tell that there was still old acrylic left under the new polish, but I trusted the professionals and didn't question it at the time. The leftover acrylic made my already soft nails pleasantly hard, but it also made them prone to bending. Soon after, the acrylic started cracking and my nails began breaking in the middle of the nail bed. Realizing something was wrong, I went to a higher-rated salon. They confirmed that the acrylic had not been properly removed. Not only did they have better prices, but they also fixed the damage caused by the previous salon. I don’t enjoy writing negative reviews, but actual damage was done to my nails, and I feel it’s important for others to be aware of this issue.

I Googled a nail salon in my area and this one had the highest rating. Definitely worth the 4.6 rating. It's very modern, large, the people are super nice and they did my nails excellently. Will definitely come again! Glad that I found this place that lives up to the reviews!
