Sarah was awesome!! I was blonde and went red for a while, I recently wanted a more natural dimensional brown, did it myself and failed miserably. I trusted her to fix it, and she executed it beautifully. She was realistic about the outcome and gave me something better than expected, especially considering how difficult this color correction was. Thank you for making me feel pretty again 👸❤️

Professional Review of Avalon Salon I am writing to express my profound disappointment with my recent experience at Avalon Salon, where I have been a loyal client of Cecelia’s for many years. Over this time, I have consistently entrusted her with weaving my hair, and have also purchased all of my hair care products exclusively from this salon. During my most recent appointment, Cecelia performed a weave. While the initial result appeared satisfactory, it was only after several weeks that I noticed significant damage to the back and throughout my hair. Concerned, I contacted the salon to speak with Kelly Evinger, the owner, and subsequently met with her in person. I presented 25 detailed photographs documenting the damage. My request was straightforward and reasonable: a gift card to be used toward product purchases, as a gesture of goodwill and recognition of the issue. Kelly assured me she would take the matter seriously, consult with Drake (co-owner and Cecelia), and respond by the end of the day. Unfortunately, no follow-up was provided. Despite my attempts to follow up the next day, I received no communication from the salon. The damage necessitated an extensive and costly repair process, requiring four hours of my time and resulting in a loss of four inches of hair length. Given that Cecelia initially allowed me to leave the salon in this condition, I felt compelled to seek corrective services elsewhere. As a longstanding client who has consistently supported and recommended Avalon Salon, I found the lack of accountability and communication particularly disheartening. I had anticipated a higher standard of professionalism, especially considering the salon’s reputation and price point. While I understand that occasional service issues may arise, it is the manner in which a business addresses such concerns that ultimately reflects its commitment to customer care. I maintain that my request for compensation was justified, despite the delay in noticing the full extent of the damage. Regrettably, this experience has eroded my trust in Avalon Salon’s ability to uphold its standards of service and client satisfaction.

Went to Avalon Salon & Spa for the first time today and had a wonderful experience. Sarah cut and styled my hair and did a fabulous job! Afterwards, I had a pedicure with Emiliya. Since moving to Klamath Falls, I have had difficulty finding a pedicure service I really liked and this was the one that met my expectations. Both services were relaxing and gentle and the spa room was zen-like and felt magical. For a salon & spa offering Aveda services and products, the services are very reasonably priced. The whole staff was extremely welcoming and helpful, I will definitely be returning! Highly recommend!

Rose is fabulous! She took great care and time to make my daughter feel like a queen.

This was my first time at this salon. I had a very relaxing, peaceful , soothing experience at this beautiful spa enjoying an excellent gel pedicure given by the very sweet, friendly, Darcy whom went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and helped me decide on colors. Then an excellent gel manicure by..I know I'm going to misspell her name..Kylie, sorry Kylie! 😁 then later a lash lift and tint by Kylie. I must confess I was apprehensive, as I'd never had this procedure before, but Kylie's gentle, assured, and skillful treatment put my fears at ease. I LOVE the results of my lift and tint!! I even had the pleasure of meeting the owner, whom I found to be very friendly, warm, and engaging. Thanks everyone for such an enjoyable experience! Oh, and for that delicious glass of wine!
