2025-09-07Original review: Helen and Tracy were amazing! Everyone here is so sweet and I am very happy with my nails! Edit: This is my first time at this place. I am changing my review from 5 stars to 1 star. I went on Friday evening at around 5pm which is when I posted the original review. Not even 24 hours passed by and I had TWO nails pop off (left thumb and right middle finger) the next morning while I was cleaning. I went back and they fixed it which was nice. But then on Sunday morning ONE MORE NAIL popped off (left index finger) and I had to use nail glue to put it back on. For all the nails that came off, I didn't even feel it, I literally just saw them which tells me it wasn’t even glued on right. They are very nice and seem like great people. But I have never had the experience of having 3 nails pop off in less than 48 hours of getting them done, especially with it being my first time there. I will not be going back here. Edit 2: It’s still Sunday and a fourth nail has now popped off (right ring finger). Photo attached.

I came back today to fix a broken nail, and Tina was so attentive and kind. She even remembered me, which says a lot about the level of care they give their clients. The customer service here is truly unmatched compared to other nail salons in the area. If you’re looking for top-notch work and a relaxing, enjoyable experience, I highly recommend walking into Bellagio Nails and giving them a try.

2025-10-06My sister and her daughter were in town and we did a last minute appointment on a Friday afternoon. Three of us and it was great. Loved that it didn't smell of chemicals and looked cleaned. Tina, Nancy, Helen and Jenny took care of us. Felt comfortable and relaxed. My sister's nails looked great. Not sure what to call them but I think Dip nails/fake nails. My niece and I did simple mani and pedi with polish and they looked great. They never made me or my sister feel rushed and just welcomed. Everyone there was nice even the people who did not work with us.
