10/10 stellar experience at Megan’s Nail Salon!! I went for an appointment on July 11th 2025 & I scheduled a manicure, pedicure & some waxing. Every lady in there was so kind, attentive, patient—they really cared about my experience I seriously cannot get over how beautiful the experience was. I hope their pillows are always cool on both ends, I hope their coffee/tea is always the perfect temperature, I hope they never catch a cold, their favorite songs are always on the radio & that the sun shines just a little bit brighter for them. 🥲✨💞 They offer beverages when you come in, take their time with you, are just the sweetest ladies ever fr. I never had such a wonderful experience—OH, and they made sure that I wasn’t in any pain especially during the waxing. They’re all angels. I have not been paid to post this review nor do I know anyone there personally, these views are my own. ❤️ Aside from their above & beyond customer service, I asked for stained glass nails and gave a reference photo and look at how gorgeous they came out!! Please do consider making this your nail spa and tip these ladies generously, they work so hard and they deserve it!! P.S. I wish I got all of their names. Everyone who worked on me and chatted with me was amazing but the only names I caught were Ruby & Vicki. The puppy says hello!

Megans nails has never failed me. Have been a customer for several years now. I am always satisfied by Yvettes work, her work is never rushed I don't take her as a perfectionist but her work definitely shows it. The staff is great and always welcoming. They offer you complimentary coffee or water. Salon is clean and bright and offer many services. Everytime I leave the shop I feel good, the energy is good there. Wholesome. Good people. I would recommend this place to all my brothers and sisters from Hayward or the surrounding cities.

I’ve been going to Megan’s Nails for years and I’m always so happy with their services! Ruby is amazing and her staff is great! They always go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with everything. Ruby is very talented and on every occasion she makes sure I’m in love with my nails every time. The salon itself is very clean, welcoming and has many color options. 10/10 I will be back! Update! Megan’s nails will always be my go-to salon! Ruby, Hannah, Mae and the whole staff are always welcoming, diligent, and kind! I’ve never be disappointed with anyone’s work and they always go the extra mile. The salon is clean, color selection is great, and the artistic skills are amazing. I always get a deluxe pedi with a paraffin wax add on and every time I’m happy with the results. Will be back soon!

I wasn’t planning on getting my nails done today but I was in the area and decided to make my life easier. I’m glad I dropped in! I think I was helped by 3 different ladies (at the same time) who were all very attentive and kind, and Megan did majority of my set and was happy to apply more coats or a different shade on top when I thought my color would be a little darker. Definitely made sure I left happy. They have a whole cocktail menu and the drink was super cute :)

Favorite nail salon in the east bay, very reasonable prices and they always do excellent work. Super clean with great attention to detail even if you’re just getting a simple manicure.
