Love Nails Salon

I’m new to CA originally from NY. Was looking for a new “go to” nail salon and this is it. I’ve been here a few times now. The people are very nice and I never have issues with my nails. It’s also very reasonably priced. Great nail salon!

I have been a loyal customer for nearly 5 years, and this salon continues to exceed my expectations. My nails consistently last 4–6 weeks, and the quality of service is always outstanding. The staff provides excellent customer care, and I have never had a negative experience. I highly recommend this salon to anyone seeking reliability and professionalism.

My favorite place. They always treat me like family. This is the place where they know you by your name. Excellent service, smile and great work. I love love love my Chrome metal color 😍😍

***2/12/25: Update: we are still happy customers and Phuong knows me well enough that I ask him to help me pick and I get compliments every time. They go above and beyond every service. This is your go-to nail salon. You won’t be disappointed. ***6/3/24 update: I went for a fill and the male technician helped me today. He is very kind, funny and attentive (next time I will ask his name). He explained every step he was taking and discussed cost before he did. He knew my name and every customer who came in. My appointment was at 9:30 AM and it was so calm and peaceful. My nails are beautiful and I feel so pretty. Going to book an appointment for my girls because I know they will want their nails done too. I went with the standard French tip but my nails are way above standard. I also wanted to add that while my first visit was a different experience, my nails held up no matter what I put them through so that speaks to the quality of their work and why I went back. It takes a lot to earn my trust and I think I may have finally found my go-to nail salon. Initial review (5/13/24): We got off to a rocky start but I’m happy to say that things have worked out in the end for the most part. My first time here was okay and I had to leave to pick up my daughter so I didn’t really notice a few things until later at work that made me unhappy. Lisa reached out to me and asked me to come back where she mostly fixed the things I was unhappy with. My nails have held up and I have gotten compliments. I look forward to come back and will bring my daughters with me if I consistently have good experiences. I can’t vouch for the other technicians other than Lisa and the male technician whose work looked solid.

I had a bad experience at this place. I asked for a specific design, but my nails ended up thick and poorly done. When I asked the worker to fix them, she refused and reacted rudely. Instead of offering a solution, the management only justified the poor work. They charge high prices, but the quality and customer service leave a lot to be desired. I will not return and I do not recommend this place.
