Also had the opportunity to watch the owner deal with a very rude customer who was complaining (the customer was in the wrong) and the owner handled it with so much grace and kindness. I will always recommend this place to anyone. Lovely atmosphere, professional, and friendly.

2025-01-28I've been coming to this shop on a regular basis since it's opening in 2020. They have always been courteous, polite, professional and very accommodating. They offer a wide variety of nail/spa treatments and are very proficient in all of these services. I live on the coast, a 31/2 hr round trip just to come see Mai or Eddy. (But, I have used other nail techs there as well and have always been satisfied or they have been willing to fix whatever it may be to make me happy.) They are the best, most talented nail technicians I have ever had the pleasure to sit under and are extremely personable. Since I live so far away, I don't get to come for nail treatments or fill-ins etc often enough; however my gel nails last me as much as 4-5 weeks. No cracks, chips or separations. Quality work and I am always more than happy and satisfied with my nails. They have always worn gloves for pedicures and masks even when they didn't have too. Their shop, including the restroom is immaculately clean and I personally have never had any issues with contamination, reactions, etc to their nail products or instruments. I will keep coming here for the foreseeable future and hope they stay in business forever! God bless them!!!
