2025-09-06I love my nails! Everyone was so sweet and attentive. My feet needed some major help and they made me feel comfortable even though I was very ticklish!!! I got gel x with gel on my hands and feet including a scrub with a hot stone massage and my total was $110! Not bad for everything. Thank you cutie nail

2025-05-28HORRIBLE!!! $35 for BS pedicure and my manicure was worse. The lady kept putting acetone in the nail polish bottle and at the end of things the nail polish had bubbles and in two day peeled off as seen. I will never come here. I normally go to a place in Buena Park but wanted to try a new place since I moved to Fullerton. BIG MISTAKE! I called to get my color change and the guy said I needed to wait for the manager. I’ll just do my own at home! Waste of my time and money!! NEVER AGAIN.

2025-10-06My experience was not good at all. I have 3 basic criteria when I go to a nail salon: post the licence of each nail tech at their station, use clean equipment on each client and do not make me bleed. Cutie Nails failed on all 3 of those. 3 of my fingers are bandaged because the employee cut my cuticles so badly. This was not a matter of needing to rush either. I was the only client in the shop at the time. I stopped her when my noticed 3 cuticles had started bleeding before any massage, paint, etc was complete. And she still charged me for a manicure. Given the fairly high rating number this shop has, perhaps I just got a poorly trained employee. I left one star because she was not rude. Regardless, I will not be returning to this place ever again. It's too risky!

2025-10-19All the estheticians are Great!! I will keep returning as I’ve NEVER been dissatisfied! And I’m picky. Especially if you have an ingrown toenail like I “use to”.

2025-08-06I am disappointed and upset with this nail shop. I requested a pedicure and was not happy with the results. I complained that she did not polish my entire toe nail and the edge of both feet. I showed it to her and she polished the entire nail caused the polish to thicken and didn’t dry well. Then they wanted to charge $1 for the pedicure sandal I thought that was awful so I walked out. I will never go again. Their clientele is low so that also speaks volume. The shop is old and rinky-dink and not pleasant at all.
