2025-12-06Update: the owner reached out and was very apologetic! I knew there was a reason that I love this salon so much. They care so much about their clients! I am so happy indont have to look for another place as good as Decor! Been coming here for years, but the last 3 times I went i had a new nail tech I hadn't had before. While she did an amazing job on my nails, she was rude. She literally nail filed my knuckle, glued my skin to the nail and my skin is hanging off, and she kept shoving my hands away. As much as I love this place I dont think ill be coming back

2024-10-12I returned to San Diego and tried a clean and relaxing manicure and pedicure salon, which was nice. The space is big, and they offer a lot of services like waxing and tattooing for eyelashes and lips. The staff working on my manicure and pedicure were friendly, but when I got home, my left big toe started hurting. I checked, but there’s nothing inside, so now I’m a bit hesitant to go back, even though the technician was nice and checked if everything was okay, and I said it was and gave them good tips. We’ll see if I return in the future, just a bit worried about my sore toe after a simple pedicure.

2025-05-08First I would like to share the nail tech Vi and the amazing job she has done. I am beyond satisfied and highly recommend her. She is patient and does not rush the job. Overall salon is filled with nice and professional nail tech. They offer water, etc, refreshing drinks. I say you can't go wrong it lovely here.

2025-12-13EDIT: Lan reached out to me and was able to be of great help. Had a not so great experience yesterday which is upsetting because I’ve been coming here for quite awhile now. Not only was I not happy with the outcome of my nails but Michelle also cut my fingers with the file not once but three times on different fingers and they bled. Was not expecting to leave the salon unhappy and with three different cuts on my fingers.

2025-05-09Vi nail tech is so wonderful and can hand paint designs you show her and she will do the design!!! I will be coming back every 2 weeks . OH yeah and they offer a free mimosa for any visit .
