LULU NAILS

Amazing nail salon! I just moved to Del Mar from Scottsdale and was dreading having to find a new nail salon that’s actually good. Lulu’s exceeded my expectations!! The salon is amazing, clean and the staff is outstanding. I am very very particular about how my nails are done. I read reviews everywhere and I landed on Jeanne for my nails. She is exceptional at detail and shape. For my pedicure I have gone to Ceci (only works on weekends) and Anna, both gave great pedicures. The owner, Lulu is an absolute delight. A true owner! Attention to detail is in her DNA and it shows from the moment you step into her salon. 10/10 recommend!

This is my first time going here by the way. I asked for hard gel manicure with a GEL polish french tip but they insisted on using the hard gel to make the french tip so I let that go. As they were doing my nails I saw that they weren’t turning out good so I asked if you could do ombré instead but it was too late apparently. The owner then came by and saw and she said they didn’t look right and tried to fix them with the white gel polish like I had asked for in the first place. The fixing didn’t do much but it made it a little better. I paid $82 for this!! the ladies were very nice but i’m very unhappy with my service! I also wanted to note that I got there at 4:40 and left around 7:30… THREE HOURS FOR THIS!

AGAIN, and again & again: I've been so impressed with Lulu's nail salon. The owner is exceptionally gracious, sO polite & her warm welcome sets the tone for every visit. I'm always pleased with my nails. They use high-quality materials & know how to achieve all the current trends. Booking an appointment is effortless, and I can quickly get in & out. I do have a favorite technician, of course, but her name is staying my little secret. I've used "subs" when I change my schedule up and everyone has been great, so I never worry if I have to make a last minute appointment.

I’m shocked by all the great reviews. I tried this salon for the first time after moving from Chicago, and my nails started chipping the very next day. You know that feeling when your nails catch in your hair? Yep - that started happening immediately. When I went back, they were too busy to fix them and told me to return another day. When I did, they only repaired the worst nails and said I’d have to pay extra to fix the rest - even though the original work didn’t last 24 hours. The repair felt rushed, with polish left around my nails. The salon was busy, but it was clear they didn’t care about my experience. I won’t be returning.

Amazing nail salon! While visiting SD I needed a new salon to come to while here and so happy I found Lulu! Lulu runs an amazing salon and as a business owner myself she is top notch. She is always walking around and making sure her customers are happy. She runs such a well-oiled machine. Everything was smooth and organized, and I didn’t have to wait at all. The service with Cindy and Theresa was excellent, my nails look perfect, and the pricing is very reasonable (especially compared to what I usually pay in Dallas) from where I live. Friendly atmosphere, professional work, and great value. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend!
