M Nail Lounge (Under New Management)

M Nail Lounge was honestly a bit of a disappointment and unfortunately not an exceptional salon in Covina! Located conveniently next to Laserland (after a little fun maybe destroying your nails), this nail spa offered a mediocre experience (at best) from start to finish. When you walk in, you're greeted by friendly staff who instantly try to upsell you as they welcome you. The atmosphere is pleasant—clean, modern, and relaxing. It's s nice escape for some self-care time. But unfortunately there was a man who chose to do my daughter’s nails (should have been the red flag) and she complained that he smelled poorly. He also tried to continue to upsell her on a design here and sparkles there, and add a diamond here without consulting me. I was only informed when I received the hefty bill. I was definitely not pleased. Nothing really stands out in their attention to detail or artistic talent. They did a mediocre beautiful job on my daughter's nails - and she’s the one helping me write this review. The technician laughed and talked a lot and took their time but did not ensure everything was perfect, and the results were disappointing. Not sure the entire team is professional, skilled, or truly cares about customer satisfaction. So if you're looking for a simple manicure or something more elaborate, you might be able to find a better alternative to M Nail Lounge in Covina. We don’t highly recommend this salon to anyone in the area looking for top-notch nail services in a warm, inviting environment!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Amy suggested gel x nails and I love them. So friendly, clean, and professional. Lisa did wonders on my feet. She was very patient and gentle. I will definitely return.

I have been going to another nail salon in the area for years. I’m very faithful to good service and quality. Lately though, I’ve felt like the place I go has been getting worse and worse. It took me a year to finally let go and try a new place and today I did and I’m so happy I found M Nail Lounge. After waiting 40 min without service at my old place, I left feeling really disappointed. On my drive home I remembered seeing this place near Target. I thought I’d give it a try. Since the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The place is clean and organized. Anna did my gel Manicure and Lisa did my gel pedicure. They obviously offered me a menu to look at for the services they officer and when I opted for the basic pedicure they didn’t treat me badly or get mad when I didn’t accept the extra services offered. They were both still so sweet and did such a wonderful job. They were very detailed and took their time. I really appreciate how they treated me, especially after going to a place I’ve been a regular at for years and being treated so terribly. M Nail Lounge has a new customer for sure! I will definitely tell my friends and family in the area about them. They deserve the business for sure!

Amy did my nails yesterday and what I love about Amy is she’s very focused and detailed in her work making sure my nails look perfect when she’s all done. She really takes her time and I can tell she values excellence in her work. I got a 3D flower on my nails and absolutely love it. My nails look beautiful and Amy did a great job. Thank you Amy!😊💅

I have been going to this nail salon for a year now, ask for Angelina (Lina). She is amazing. Gifted takes her time and her work speaks for its self. My nails last so long and don’t chip or lift. Everyone in the salon is ready to help you and is so nice. Even though I keep my nails very short, Lina makes them look great. 💜💅
