SueSan Nails Spa

Let me start by saying, I enjoyed the people and atmosphere. They were kind and welcoming and I appreciate that. I believe in honest reviews so here is mine - Services received included a pedicure and fill-in with nail art for a total of $129 (not including tip). Now, I wasn’t too thrilled about pay $35 for nail art in addition to the charge for the fill-in ($40), but my biggest disappointment is that the main nail art has come off less than a week of having them done (service completed last Wednesday) - the first one came off on Sunday, the second on Monday. Additionally, we were up sold from the moment we walked it. We were asked to pick a box for our pedicure, but were not told the boxes were an additional charge. A lesson learned on my part - ask for all pricing details. However, in providing good customer service and care, all prices should be disclosed to customers upfront. Especially to those customers who may be new to the area. That way, the customer(s) won’t feel as if they were taken advantage of or overcharged in any way. Give them a try, but be aware of the charges and ask about sustainability of designs. Again, the people were very nice.

SueSan nails is a friendly, welcoming salon. You can usually walk in or get a same day appointment which is helpful with an ever changing schedule. I tried their builder gel nails and it actually lasts and hasn’t chipped! In the past, I’ve gotten gel painted nails (not from SueSan) and am frustrated when they chip or peal within a week. Happy with the outcome so far!

I really enjoyed SueSan! Extremely welcoming and attentive. I received The best pedi! Anyone can paint - she spent the time to remove callus and smooth and hydrate my feet. I haven’t had luck with others in town, typically they just gloss over - at SueSan you can expect to walk out with the smoothest softest feet you’ve had in a long time!! Lived it!!

I just moved here recently and was struggling to find a nail place comparable to mine in the city. My husband ended up making me an appointment at this place and I don’t need to look any further. SueSan was so kind and welcoming and she did an amazing job shaping and applying my nails! Then I got to meet Abbie who was able to give me the exact design I wanted with a smile and great conversation! I fully enjoyed my time there. It was very clean and appealing on the inside! Go and make your mail dreams come true and visit these beautiful ladies!

My daughter and I had the best pedicure we’ve had in a long time. She got her nails done and is super happy with them. Even her boyfriend enjoyed the massage chair for his birthday. The staff is so friendly!
