Ive been going to envy for 17 years. I specifically go to Nancy but I love all the girls. I only get gel pedicures and ive never had an issue. She goes above and beyond and gets all my dead skin off my heals.

First time my pedicure was great. Second one Xu rushed me did a terrible job! Won’t go back!!! I was shocked since first time was good!!!

A 2 respectively. If you're driving by this spot keep driving. I've gone a handful of times first for a pedicure...they do a pretty good pedicure so I decided to walk in on a particular day, after calling to see if they had room for me to do a fill and a pedicure. I came prepared with my Pinterest idea...lol 😆 and I say down. The woman asked me if I had time to sit down for my nails...I said I do have to be somewhere right after this...so time is of the essence. So one lady started on my pedicure while the other started my nails. She asked me what tip I would like and I shared that I liked the coffin style. She obliged and continued on. After a few hours I was done but I had to go. Once I left I looked down at my nails...after being in a slight hurry to leave the nail spot, I noticed my nails were bulky and not coffin style...so the next day after a long day of working I called to get my busted nails fixed. Once I called and she asked my name. The whole time while there...she never introduced herself to me and like I said I've been going a handful of times. I shared my name...and she had no clue so then I had to describe myself as a stereotype just so she can know who I was. Smh. So I go back and she argues with me about if they are coffin...and shows me one lonely nail that was coffin sculpted. I was furious...so she files the gel off and begins to sculpt the nail as it should. She paints them I look they're okay...better than what they were so I leave and she says gave a great day...and y'all know exactly what folks mean when they say they to you. Basically...we're done. And I'm okay with that. Literally...the next day...my nails begin to chip and peel from their cheap gel they use. Or their horrible techniques on doing manicures. No one will envy your nails after going here. Don't waste your time or money with this establishment. It's not worth it. I had to pay for a whole fill because the fill she initially gave me was busted. So I had to pay AGAIN. to get my nails fixed at a reputable spot. Y'all...I should have known...when a nail spot basically can hear a pin drop on a Saturday...or a random Tuesday...run to don't walk to a place that actually has business and consistent business. Never again will I go here. You've been warned...

I have been looking for a new nail salon. After reading reviews I decided to try Envy. I was so happy I did. I didn't have an appointment and all four of the ladies were with clients. I told them that I could come back but they said they could get to me in 15 minutes. Didn't even take that long gor Mary to start my nails. I had three nails that had popped off from a dip. I told Mary that I wasn't happy with the last place I went. I have NEVER had dipped nsils pop off. Mary said several others were loose. She took care of my nails and they look amazing! I will definitely be back!
