Allure Nails Spa

This is now my go-to Nail Salon. Yen and the Allure crew are spot on every-time. The service is fast and the staff are very friendly. I also appreciate the clean atmosphere and music in the background. I recently started coming to this spot and love the work they do on my nails each time. I always leave happy. I just do regular or gel polish too, I don’t do acrylic, and it comes out so beautiful and professional. Thank you Allure ✨

I am visiting family for the holidays and needed a new full set for upcoming family events. I went to a competitor’s salon in the Target parking lot, and I was absolutely mortified by my experience AND results - I can’t even post the photos here. One week later, I saw reviews online for Allure/Yen and called to schedule with Yen right away. Upon arrival, the entire staff were so gracious and welcoming and the facility was well maintained. Yen was finishing up a client so I was put with two other techs to help fix my issue. Honestly, not upset either - both of the other techs were so gentle and clearly knowledgeable that I would have been fine with having them in lieu or. Yen still took me and despite having to run the entire business while being a manicurist, she resolved my problem with flying colors and in a timely manner. I also get a TON of compliments!! I’ve never been so thankful for a salon and I would 100% recommend Allure. 10/10

I had an old set of nails removed and a new acrylic set put on. Within 4 hours of getting home I realized that 8 of 10 nails had large gaps between the artificial tip and the natural nail. This gap allows a space for bacteria to collect and grow, as well as greeny nails or fungus. I called and left the salon a message on Sunday 07/20/2025 while they were closed so that I could get a callback Monday morning to get this taken care of. On Monday, 07/21/2025, I spoke to Wendy at the salon and planned to go in at 1630 for her to look at them. A few moments later I received a call from Yen, the owner that was on vacation. She told me that my options were to get half of my money back minus the $10 to remove my previous set, or to have Wendy look at my nails and fix the gaps. I am not okay with my health being at risk by just sealing the gaps and whatever may already be in there. I was going to just take half of my money back to go to another salon and pay to remove this two day old set as well as a new set, cause I need these off as I do not want fungus. But when I told Yen, the owner, that I will be notifying the board of cosmetology and writing a review due to this poor interaction she then told me that there was no need to even come in for half my money back, pretty much a threat that if I did these things I wouldn't get any reimbursement or fix. The options she provided I find very unacceptable, they made a mistake and are not willing to correct it fully, thus potentially leading to a health issue for me. And now I'm out my original $75 plus what I'm going to have to pay at another salon for a removal and new set later today. What a terrible experience.

I was limited on time and they went above and beyond to get me out of there on time without sacrificing a single detail on my nails or toes! The integrity of my experience wasn’t compromised at all. Julie was so sweet and even helped me pick out the perfect colors. They also offer a $7 callus removal that was so worth it.. super gentle and effective. Their magic gel and scrub brush/sponge worked better than anything I’ve tried before, and I loved that they didn’t use any harsh power tools that heat up or irritate your skin. Everything felt thoughtful, clean, and relaxing. I left with beautiful nails, smooth feet, and honestly the best pedicure experience I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend!

I have gone here three times now and I have had a great experience every time. Kimmi does a great job on my nails and Hanah gives the best pedicures I have ever had. The salon is always really clean and all the staff that I have had interactions with have been very pleasant, welcoming, and helpful.
