DO NOT GO HERE!! I didn’t catch her name, but she did such a horrible job on my nails. Worst experience I’ve ever had in my 25 years of living. I know nails. I love practicing acrylics and I can do better than this. I asked for square. She gave me coffin, and I mentioned that and she argued saying it was square. Well it’s obviously not square. The paint job was horrible, bubbles in my nail. My left hand thumb was crooked and very badly shaped and I asked her to fix it, and she used the common cop out “it’s your finger” no it’s not. You did a poor shape job! She was rude and not friendly at all. I wanted to go treat myself and feel good about my nails for once, been having a hard time lately and this experience tipped me over. My pinkie nails aren’t the same length. I asked for medium long nails and some of my nails are short! Not all the same length. Paint job was horrible also because it had marks in it, like she didn’t buff them good enough before painting. She didn’t clean up my nails either. Horrible experience, and will never return. This is unbelievable, I’m surprised this lady has a license. Currently at home fixing them myself.

My husband and I moved to the area a short time ago. I made an appt the first time for nail extensions and hombre polish. The gentleman was not talkative and dremelled too close to several nails, causing bleeding and tearing the cuticles. But, when I went back approximately 2 weeks ago, I made an appointment for a trim and fill. The same gentleman trimmed my right ring fingernail way too short. I brought it to his attention. He was obviously upset with me, not wanting them all very short, and he stormed off to the back to tell the manager. She came up after several minutes, making excuses. She tried to "fix" the issue but instead caked on the powder and added white to the tips. A regular trim and fill was $35, as I was told. I was charged $50! I left defeated, unhappy, and in tears. Not even 1 week later, the polish near my cuticles was lifting up, causing my fingernails to catch on my hair, towels, etc. I went into New Braunfels on 7/4 to Signature Nails. I had to soak much longer because of the thickness of the shellac. My technician showed me where my right forefinger fingernail had been drimelled too long and hard. (See picture) I had a full set redone at this salon and left ecstatic! My advice is, don't go to Tip to Toe Nail Salon. They are not concerned with nail damage or customer satisfaction. The gentleman is rude and unapologetic for HIS mistakes.

I love this nail salon! She is so kind and does a beautiful job! I love the fact it’s local as well☺️ Highly recommend!

Will definitely be coming back here for all of my daughter’s manicures because she is so good with kids. She even helped her apply red lips and did her hair she made my daughter feel like 1 million bucks. and the gel manicure she gave my daughter was beautiful. She even did a free little design on each of her ring fingers.
