Altitudes Massage & Spa

What a beautiful place and a wonderful experience I had here at Altitudes massage and spa! Extremely cozy, beautiful ambience with little fireplaces, beautiful decorations, and lovely furniture & scents. When I first walked in, I was greeting with big smiles and a glass of champagne. I booked a customized facial with a personalized peel. My aesthetician was Kerri did a fantastic job on me! Beautiful music playing in the background, my little bed was covered in a very plush blanket and it was heated. She adjusted my bed at the perfect angle and put just the right amount of pressure when she massaged my head, neck and arms and applied all the scrubs and creams for my facial with expert pressure and finesse. Very, very clean premises and an absolutely fabulous experience. Pretty fair prices for the quality of service you get. She even gave me a discount which was greatly appreciated! I will most definitely be back!

We were at big bear for a girl's weekend celebrating our friend's 40th birthday. The spa was amazing, we had adjustments to our calendar and service selections 3 times and they were SO accommodating and nice to us, even though we were a bit high maintenance. My massage was with Irene and she was fantastic, my friends had Angelina and Chelsea - also wonderful. We do not hesitate to suggest this for a fun and relaxing activity when in the area!

This place was amazing! My fiancé and I came in to relax our sore vacation muscles, and they were able to fit us in the same day. Everyone was so kind and easy to talk to. Our massage therapists made sure we were comfortable the whole time. It was my fiancé’s first professional massage and he loved it! We both left feeling super relaxed. Definitely recommend!

So elegant and relaxing. I got the perfect massage, deep tissue and I loved the hot rocks. The staff was professional and very friendly. The room was perfect and I could’ve fallen asleep with how great the massage was. I absolutely recommend Altitudes to anyone looking for a truly wonderful experience that leaves you feeling refreshed and renewed. Definitely bringing the girls back regularly!!!

WOW!!! The BEST Message Ever! I'm a flatlander (Live down the hill) and was staying for two weeks. Thank to my dear sweet dogs pulling on me I messed up my back. I was in so much pain and could not sleep. I thought I was going to pack up and leave to go home. We then met a gentleman named Patrick. He recommended Altitudes Message and Spa. I thought why not. It was the BEST message ever! Thank to Irene my pain is gone, and we are staying. I don't normally write reviews, but this one was well deserved. I will drive up the hill from now on. The price was also cheap for a resort community and even down the hill. I FEEL WONDERFUL!
