2025-09-09I leave so happy with the work they do. My only issue is not feeling welcome. I don't know why but the first few times I was there it was great everyone was in a great mood. But the last 3 times I felt like I was a burden. I don't complain about anything I just go in get them done and leave. I always tip. My nails look beautiful every time. I just wish I felt more comfortable being there.

2023-09-03I wish I could give this business zero stars and four thumbs down. The guy who did my nails was a complete and total jerk extremely rude and rough with my fingernails it hurt. The finished product was even worse. The nails are lumpy and thin and the color is horrible and the paint job is garbage, the color and the application. I want my money back. I had the thought to get up and walk out as soon as he started filing my nails because it hurt and I should have listened to my intuition .This is the worst experience I have ever had in a salon. $45 for thin ugly nails? You've got to be kidding me. I'm tired of paying for services that are garbage in this town. I will be calling as soon as this business opens and demanding my money back. This is ridiculous. Do not go to this business. Style nails is much better on Panama Lane. And worth the drive. Much much better.
