Allure Nails & Spa

First of all, they did the shape that I described. But they started lifting after a week and this was a brand new set on Virgin nails. I ended up having to have them completely removed and redone. Next, I had an appointment, and they made me wait. It's a first world problem, I get it. But if I am expecting to be on a time schedule, don't make me wait. I ended up leaving that shop and going to a completely different one on the same day to get my pedicure, because they just left me there for like a 30-45 mins. Lastly, I went with a friend who had been here before but we were still made to wait with an appointment and a rapport. There were in excess of 20 technicians there. But no one for an actual appointment. Bye.

I made an appointment and arrived on time. I checked via the kiosk and was greeted by one of the staff. I was asked what I wanted and told the lady I booked manicure and wanted an acrylic overlay no tips. Another lady came out from the back and told me to come sit, didn’t specify where and she walked all the way to the back of the salon. Another employee directed me to a chair. The lady came back out and asked again what I wanted, I told her I wanted an manicure, she asked if I wanted tips and after I said no just an overlay she rolls her eyes at me and says something that sounds rude to another employee in whatever language they speak. I was so embarrassed and irritated. I got up and walked out. This salon is too expensive to be treating customers like an inconvenience. I will not be back nor will I be recommending them to anyone anymore.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I had a long thing written out and I just realized I was letting them make me relive the experience. These ladies are impossibly rude. It’s a wonder they even stay in business, honestly. We’ve been dealing with the nickel-and-diming until now because they were never really rude and they did an ok job. Definitely never NICE, but at least they weren’t rude. Today, they crossed that line. Belittling, condescending, treating my daughter like she was more an inconvenience than a valued customer. We will not be back. Do yourself a favor and spend your hard-earned money elsewhere.

I’ve been coming here for about 6 months, and they always do an amazing job on my nails. Whether it’s gel, dip, or acrylic, the quality is consistently great. Anna and Hallie are the sweetest nail techs—Anna gave me the best acrylics I’ve ever had yesterday, and Hallie is always so kind. Their gel pedicures are also fantastic and last for weeks without chipping. On top of that, the prices are very reasonable compared to other salons, and I honestly think Allure does a better job overall.

I have been coming to Allure since they opened. They always get me in quickly and do a great job on pedicures, manicures with gel or dip. But this time my daughter came in requesting a full set with a specific 3D pattern. Helen did a fabulous job on the “monkey”. My daughter is estatic.
