I was really looking forward to coming here after hearing great things from a family I work for. I have a history at other nail salons in Sacramento being extremely aggressive with my nails & damaging my extremely sensitive skin, but I felt confident this place would be more professional after walking in to a beautiful salon. I was told after calling that there was no need for an appointment & to come in any time. When I got there I was immediately seated with a nail tech, which was a plus. Unfortunately there was a slight language barrier, so I got the vibe that I was coming off rude by asking about pricing & which designs would be within that price range. He seemed irritated with me throughout the session, which may have been because I asked him to soak off my nails instead of ripping them off OR because I wanted long extensions..not really sure. The filing process was the most painful I've ever experienced (which I've had some really bad ones). I tried to tell him how sensitive my skin is, he'd say "oh sorry" then continue filing until my skin was literally bleeding. The open wound was not cleaned after that & instead he decided to start putting on the acrylic, which got all over my hands & wounds (oh yeah I'm also allergic to wet acrylic). So not only did both hands burn with acrylic all over them, but I was left with cuts on nearly EVERY finger from him not pulling the acrylic apart from my skin & just filing aggressively. At a certain point I stopped saying anything & just took the pain because it didn't seem to do anything other than cause annoyance. When the set was done, I did think they were overall very cute. But the pain I experienced during the session & for the next week makes it hard to want to come back. This set also was the most expensive I've ever paid & lasted the least amount of time due to acrylic all over my cuticles. When the lady at the register asked how it went, my trauma response was to lie & say it was good after what I've been through at different salons. So if you come here make sure you know who to make an appointment with because I'm sure not every nail tech is the same way.

I am absolutely obsessed with my holiday set of nails! Dee did my nails and he did a phenomenal job. He takes his time and is definitely a perfectionist. My first time in this salon, I didn’t have the most pleasant experience as two of my nails broke not even a week later. I came back to the salon and Dee was the one to so kindly redo my set and I was so happy with his work. His shaping skills are the best I have had in awhile and being that I do dip powder nails he does not make them look too thick but also ensures that they’re strong enough to last me 3-4 weeks! Definitely book your next appointment with Dee!

I came here with my mom and sister for gel manicures. Dee did a good job on my nails. I recommend requesting Dee if you're looking for design work. Unfortunately, my sister's experience with Anna was bad — the quality of her manicure was poor. She did not deliver what my sister asked for. My mom's nails were done by Emma, who did an okay job overall. In terms of customer service, Emma was the friendliest and most professional. Dee and Anna could definitely improve in that area. Overall, if you visit, I recommend booking with Dee for his nail artistry. Just be aware that customer service can be hit or miss depending on who you get.

We just got our nails done here for the first time and are super happy. Julia did a French manicure on gel X for my niece, Dee did some cow prints with flowers for my daughter using gel X, and I got plain nude nails using Tap gel done by Nhia. Everyone was so kind and patient. They listened to what we wanted and prices were transparent from the get go. We are definitely coming back.

Really beautiful salon with nice employees. I just really hate my nails. I tried to get my nails reshaped and my tech tried many times but I just don’t think he understood what it took to file it into a stiletto shape. I showed him an inspiration photo and my nails were streaky and looked nothing like my inspiration photo. I genuinely do think he tried his best and he was so kind and gentle, but I don’t think he understand the technique or look. This is what I wanted vs what I got - super disappointing. I did try to get him to fix the nails but after three solid tries, we just couldn’t get there. Again, he did try his best but I just don’t think he understood how to execute the look.
