⭐️ If I could give this place –5 stars, I absolutely would. ⭐️ I walked into Luxor Nails excited to try a new spot. Service started off great—they greeted me, asked for my design, I even showed them a picture. They confidently assured me, “Yes, we can do that.” But once I sat down, everything fell apart. The manager/owner ran back and forth grabbing random supplies that had nothing to do with my design. Instead of admitting they couldn’t do what they promised, they just did whatever they wanted on my nails—without my approval. And here’s the worst part: once you’ve started my service, it does NOT matter if you close at 7 PM. You stop taking new clients at 7, but you FINISH the work you committed to. Careless. Lazy. Unprofessional. Save yourself the disappointment—this place does NOT deserve your trust, your time, or your money this picture was taken when i got home i have videos if my nails in the parking lot with the company behind. i didn't know i had to specify over the phone if i was wanting a design. going to new moon all these years never had that problem. Do better.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been to so many different nail salons over the years just trying to find the one. After living here for almost 15 years, I finally found it—Luxor Nail! This salon is everything I’ve been looking for: clean, friendly, and reliable. The staff is always warm and welcoming, and they somehow manage to take great care of you—even if you walk in without an appointment (though I’d still recommend booking ahead when you can). I consistently leave feeling pampered and happy with my nails. So glad I finally found my go-to spot. Highly recommend Luxor Nail!

Honestly, I really love this place. The atmosphere, the location and convenience and especially the customer service. I’ve tried other nail salons in Mesa and I typically don’t leave a review but after living in Mesa for 3 years now and trying multiple salons this one is hands down the best one thus far. Their staff is great and their work speaks for itself. Also I’ve had my eyebrows waxed here as well and she did excellent with absolute ease. Always exceptional, thank you!

I have been going to Luxor Nails for over a year now because of how consistent they are. Everyone I walk in, I’m greeted warmly and sat with a technician immediately. I’ve been to many nail salons throughout my life and this one is undoubtedly my favorite. Whatever I ask for, they make it happen and it feels like a collaborative experience where they are working to make your vision come true. Ask for Lin when you go or you make an appointment!!

Luxor Nail Lounge is the place for pampering! I've gone twice now and have found my Go To nail salon. Tam is excellent both with pedicures and with acrylic nails. He brings over 10 years experience and really listens to what I wanted and gives great attention to detail enjoying the creativity of his craft in designing beautiful nails for his customers. Kim helped me with my pedicure on another visit... I wish I had time for a foot massage daily! The studio is located in Dana Park on the south side. Everything is clean, new and beautifully decorated with such comfortable massage chairs it's inviting to just come rest a spell. 😁.
