Tracy Nails and Spa

My husband took my three daughters to the nail salon for two full sets and one polish today. I had went the day before and got the gift certificate and written what they needed on the inside of the gift certificate so that there would be no confusion. They cut my 10 year old and made her bleed really bad. One of my daughter’s nails looks like a 12-year-old did them. She was upset when she left and not pleased at all. My other daughter‘s nails are longer on one hand than they are the other. The middle finger is twice as long on one hand as it is the other. I paid $125 and I’m so disappointed. I will never be back at that salon.

I went in to get my nails done for a wedding I have this weekend and I waited for 2 hours. A man walked up to me twice and told me just a few minutes, a half hour later him and another nail tech went to the back and never came back. Very disappointed because this has happened to me more than once at this nail salon. I definitely don’t recommend…very upsetting. I ended up leaving for the third time and not getting anything done. I understand being busy , but it was not busy at all…

The best nail shop around. You will have the best experience every time you go. They’re funny but very professional and you’ll walk out happy every time. Tracy always does a great job on my nails and eyebrows and E never disappoints on my pedicures. Prices are also reasonable! If you’re looking for a new nail shop, this will most definitely be the place to go.

I paid for #3, with the gelatin soak, I might have had my feet in the gelatin for 2 minutes before he dissolved it. I got the man who I was hoping I wouldn’t get because he never does a good job. It had been a several weeks since I had a pedicure so the calluses were bad, I told him as much but he just ignored what I had said. No lie, he might have spent 30 seconds scrubbing my feet and that’s being gracious with the time. I spent almost $70 for a poorly executed pedicure. Then he seemed upset when I didn’t tip him and muttered something I didn’t understand to himself. I got my pedicure on a Friday and by Monday the gel polish was already peeling off my toes. I wish I would’ve taken pictures. Now I’m having to pay even more money at a different salon to get it done correctly. I definitely won’t be going back to Tracy’s. If it only happened once with this guy that would be one thing but it’s every time he does my nails. I suppose he thinks he can get more people done and make more tips, who knows though.

UNHAPPY...This salon was where I went to for several years with E and Tracy, then... I had different people, the last few times and the service was not good at all, I had ask the man who worked on my feet to be tender, he could NOT understand anything so i asked him "please be gentle"...then he started fussing, my hands had polish all over and they nipped into my cuticles. Also under my nail was a chunk of gel that I had to file out at home. Going to a different Salon. NOT HAPPY
